Our matcha is sourced from shaded tencha leaves, stone-ground for a fine, vibrant powder. We run every batch through 1,000+ cup tests for consistency and flavor—so you get the same ritual-grade experience every time. The biology of the leaf—high chlorophyll and L-theanine—is preserved through careful processing.
