Refund Policy

Michellen Matcha is committed to your satisfaction. If you are not completely happy with your order, we want to make it right.

We accept refund requests within 14 days of delivery for unopened, resalable products. To initiate a refund, please contact us at hello@michellenmatcha.com with your order details and reason for the return. Once we approve your request, you will receive instructions for returning the item. Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after we receive the returned product.

Please note that we cannot offer refunds on products that have been opened or used, or on perishable items that have passed their best-by date. For defective or damaged items, please contact us with photos and we will arrange a replacement or full refund as appropriate.
