A step-by-step guide

The Foundation
Squeeze a few ounces of our signature Strawberry Bear Jam or a squeeze of the Sea Salt Maple Syrup at the bottom of your glass.

The Sift
Sift 3.5g of our ceremonial-grade matcha (optimized for peak L-Theanine bioavailability and neuro-metabolic resilience) into our chawan (bowl).

The Whisk
Add 30 grams (roughly 2oz) of 175°F water. Use the bamboo whisk from our Matcha Set to create a rich, frothy crema. Whisk in a 'M' motion until the surface is uniform with microfoam.

The Pour
Add ice and milk to the previous syrup and then pour your whisked matcha over. Watch as the layers of green and white marble and enjoy at your own pace.
